Terms of use

“PegasoHlib” means the private individual who develops and publishes the apps, games and this website. “You” means the person using them. “Apps” below includes the games.

What an app does with your data is explained in its own privacy policy, and this website has its own page, Site privacy.

PegasoHlib gives you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install the apps on your own devices and use them for personal or work purposes.

You may not:

• sell, rent or republish the apps or their installers, or pass them off as your own;
• remove names, copyright notices or licence notices;
• disable or get around the checks that protect updates;
• use Slid on anyone else’s phone without the clear consent of the person carrying it (tracking someone in secret is a crime);
• use the apps to break the law or to harm other people, their devices or their data.

The apps, their names, logos, design and texts belong to PegasoHlib. These terms don’t transfer any ownership to you.

You need to be at least 15 to use the apps on your own. If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian to agree first. ZORYT is also covered by Roblox’s own age rules.

What you record, write, edit or export stays yours, and PegasoHlib claims no rights to it. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you use (for example, music, video and photos in Kadr) and for what you publish.

The apps keep your data on your device or in your own cloud storage, so PegasoHlib can’t restore it for you. Phones get lost, and files and apps can fail. Keep copies of what matters, including the original files of your Kadr projects. ZORYT is different: its progress is kept on Roblox, and it can be reset while the game is in development.

Oberih is not an antivirus: Microsoft Defender does the protecting. When you ask it to, Oberih changes real Windows security settings, and some changes can weaken your PC’s protection. Read the explanation before you change a setting or allow or restore a threat. You decide on these changes and are responsible for them. No tool can guarantee that a device is free of malware.

Some apps include open-source components, listed in the app itself. Each stays under its own licence, and nothing in these terms limits the rights those licences give you. Where a licence such as the LGPL requires it, you may modify that component for your own use and reverse engineer the app to the extent needed to debug those changes.

Some apps work with services of other companies, such as Google Drive, Microsoft Defender, GitHub, Steam or ElevenLabs. Those companies’ own terms apply to their services. ZORYT runs on Roblox, so Roblox’s terms apply to it, including to anything bought in the game.

As far as the law allows, the apps and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge apart from ZORYT’s optional Robux purchases, without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

PegasoHlib doesn’t promise that they will work without errors or interruptions, suit your needs or run on your device. Numbers and results they show, such as screen time, routes, statistics or AI-edited images, can be inaccurate, and they aren’t professional, medical or security advice. Test builds, such as KORDON and ZORYT, may have bugs and may change a lot.

As far as the law allows, PegasoHlib isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit or use. This doesn’t limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, for defective products, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow to be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights you have under the law of your country, including consumer law, or any liability that the law doesn’t allow to be excluded, such as liability for intent or gross negligence. If a part of these terms can’t be applied, the rest stays in force.

Microsoft, Defender, Windows, Android, Google, Google Drive, Google Play, Roblox, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Reels, ElevenLabs, GitHub and other names mentioned are trademarks of their owners. Microsoft, Windows and Defender are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. They appear only to say what the apps work with. PegasoHlib is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these companies.

Apps may check for new versions and install them, as each app’s privacy policy describes. Features can change or end, and any app or this website can be withdrawn at any time. You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app.

These terms can change too. For an important change, you’ll get notice in the app or on this page before it takes effect. If you don’t agree with a change, stop using the app concerned.

The translations of these terms are made with the help of AI. If a translation differs from the English text, the version more favourable to you applies.

These terms are governed by French law.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and can bring a claim before its courts.
